RECIPE IDEA: Rustic Steak Sandwich
INGREDIENTS: CIABATTA BREAD SIRLOIN STEAK GARLIC BUTTER DIGBY’S BACON JAM
METHOD: Slice bread & spread with garlic butter, gently pan fry on both sides non buttered side first until lightly toasted. Set to one side. Pan sear sirloin to how you like it, let rest for 2 minutes, cut in half & place on top of garlic ciabatta. Gently warm Digby’s Bacon Jam in a pan or in the microwave & pile it on top of the steak. Serve with mixed salad
